This Assam is produced in the traditional whole leaf method and is a TGFOP grade, meaning that it is amongst the highest quality Assam available. Harvested in June, this tea contains all the rich malty flavour and strength that one expects from a top estate tea. This Assam can be enjoyed with a little milk and sugar or on it's own.
Dosing - 1 heaping teaspoon (3-4 grams) per 250ml water
Brewing temperature - 100°c
Brewing time - 3 to 5 min
Recommend additions - Milk, Honey and Sugar
