 This oolong tea is produced in the Fujian Region of China. Oolong is a semi-oxidized tea produced very similar to black teas, the only difference being they are fully dried before they are full oxidized.  Oolong's produced in Fujian Region tend to be closer to a black teas as they are oxidized longer.  This oolong is unique to this region as it is on the less oxidized end of the spectrum, which imparts more floral, fruity and "green tea" flavours.
