Shincha ("new tea" in Japanese) consists of the first tea leaves that are plucked during the first harvest in the Spring, so they are full of nutrients and flavour. This 'first flush' Shincha is full flavoured with a delicate smooth finish. This premium Shincha is grown in the Acheron Valley in Victoria, Australia. There are only a handful of farms growing tea in Australia and this is definitely one of our favourites.
